Auction Site User Agreement

This is a legal agreement between you, the user, and SITE OWNER.


GENERAL USE PROVISIONS
This site is provided only as a venue for penny auction bidders. Stealthat operated by a US based company. The usage of "fake bidders", "bots", or have our employees bid on the deals is strictly against our company policy. We have strong faith in our concept and are in this for the long term. The entire Stealthat Team believes that real success may only be achieved through customer satisfaction and to ensure complete integrity in every auction.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All materials provided on this Website, including but not limited to information, documents, products, logos, graphics, images, auctions, and services are the wholly owned and copyrighted work of SITE OWNER and/or its Third Party Providers. None of the materials posted herein may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted or transmitted in any form or by any means, including but not limited to electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, or other means, without the prior express written permission of SITE OWNER or the appropriate Third Party Provider. You may not "mirror" any materials contained on this Website on any other server or site without SITE OWNER's prior written consent. In order to register on this site you must provide your true name and a valid email address.

SYSTEM OUTAGE / TEMPORARILY HALT AUCTIONS

A system outage has occurred if no bids can be submitted for items due to an unforeseeable disruption in a system. In such a case, auctions will be temporarily halted and the remaining times for the auctions, the current bidding price and the current highest bidder will be maintained. After the disruption has been resolved, the auctions will be continued and three (3) minutes will be added to the auction timer; Stealthat reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to add more than three (3) minutes to the countdown timer. The Website shall indicate when an auction has been temporarily halted. It is the user's responsibility to verify the time remaining on the countdown timer after an outage. Bidders who were bidding in auctions which were temporarily halted shall not have a right to a refund for bids used or other costs incurred

BIDDING
For online bidding, an individual bid can be submitted by clicking the "Place Bid" button, once a bid is submitted, it is no longer valid and is deducted from the Users account accordingly. Winners will only be Allowed to win three (3) items per auction.  Bidding on an item indicates your intent to purchase that item and is considered a legally binding contract between yourself and the seller of the item. Bids cannot be cancelled once they are submitted. Bid packs are non-refundable; bids will expire in 180 days.

BID BANDIT

Bidbandit triggers it's autobidding on the amount specified, with the bids your going to use.  it put the name of the bidder up top 10 secs, By chance all of your bids are used up, you may reload your Bid Bandit by clicking EDIT and add more bids to it.

PAYMENT
In the event that You are a Winner, You will be notified by confirmation page, email or other mechanism that You have won the auction, and you will be instructed to complete the transaction and purchase the product for the total price. You must remit payment within thirty (30) Minutes after the auction ends. FAILURE TO REMIT PAYMENT WITHIN THE 30 MINUTE TIME PERIOD WILL FORFEIT YOUR RIGHT TO PURCHASE THE PRODUCT, AND ALL BIDS USED TO WIN THE PRODUCT SHALL EXPIRE AND BE NON-REFUNDABLE. STEALTHAT WILL RELIST THE ITEM WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.

REGISTRATION
Each person may register only once; each User may only have one account at Stealthat . In accordance with the provisions of our terms and conditions, we must inform you that we are not be able to activate the other account unless you provide us with adequate assurance that both accounts are independent bidders belonging to the same household. If found to have more than one invalid user in the same household, Stealthat has the right to suspend or remove the other account associated with the same IP Address.
