I just registered and haven't received my confirmation email, Now what should I do?
It may take up to 5 minutes for your confirmation email to arrive.Please make sure that you have not misspelled your email address as this is a common error, Sometimes some email boxes are so over run with spam that your confirmation link may inadvertently be redirected to this folder. Please check this folder if you still have not received your confirmation link just email is at support@stealthat.com and we will assist you in this matter.
Are all the auctioned items brand new?
All of the products auctioned at StealThat are new products. We only have brand name merchandise from manufacturers you know, and always come with the full
manufacturer's warranty. All items shipped from StealThat are shipped directly right to your door.
When do the items get shipped?
Once you have won a item at the auction, the next step is to claim and purchase your item. As soon as payment has been received, your item is then shipped directly to your door.
How do you ship?
We trust UPS and Fed Ex, Gift Cards however are mailed to you through US Postal services.
How long do I have to pay for the auction?
You have 30 minutes to complete payment from the time the auction is closed. If payment is not completed, StealThat will re list the item without prior notice.
If I don't win an auction, do I get my bids back?
Any bids placed during an auction are considered "used" and are non-refundable. All unused bids expire 6 months from purchase date.
BIDDING
For online bidding, an individual bid can be submitted by clicking the "Place Bid" button, once a bid is submitted, it is no longer valid and is deducted from the Users account accordingly. Winners will only be Allowed to win three (3) items per auction. Bidding on an item indicates your intent to purchase that item and is considered a legally binding contract between yourself and the seller of the item. Bids cannot be cancelled once they are submitted. Bid packs are non-refundable; bids will expire in 180 days.
I received defective goods, what should I do?
If you received an item that is defective we would like to first apologize for the inconvenience. Most of our customers have no problems with goods they receive, however occasionally an item can get damaged in transit. We will resolve your problem as quickly as possible.
If an item is not working, first check the manufacturer's website or call their helpline for assistance. Most common problems are easily resolved without having to return the product.
If you still are having a problem contact us at support@Stealthat.com immediately and send us your auction ID, product name and any other information relevant to your item. We will make arrangements to have the item returned. Upon inspection, if the item is indeed defective, we will immediately ship you out a replacement item of equal or higher quality.
IMPORTANT: Please don't send the item back without first contacting us. This will delay the process in replacing your item.
We value you as a customer and our goal is to handle this matter quickly.
Is there a warranty on products?
All of the items being auctioned at StealThat are brand new and come with a standard manufacturer's warranty.
